Ok I have on for you 04 yamaha 90 overheat

Overheats at low speed only, I can take it out and it will be perfect but atlease once a day it will set the buzzer off.Ok I did an impeller,thermostat,still did it,I removed the exhaust cover and the cylinder head,sand blasted everything and looks new again. Flushed foward and backwards with garden hose.There is no blockage at all Cleaned out all the sand (but there was very little)


Ps I have a snap on video scope and ran it through the impeller tube,exhaust,head and no clogs???????????

did you clean the pressure control valve pocket and install a new grommet?

I did clean it but did not get a new grommet.
