Think I read somewhere here on iboats.com a thread where someone recommended "Browns Point Marine Service" in Laurence Harbor, NJ. (If not here then it was over at "The Hull Truth." )
Anyway, out of curiousity I went to the BPMS website and found it to be impressive. MUCH MORE IMPRESSIVE, however is that the friendly folks actually responded to an email I sent regarding problems I was having with my 2005 DF9.9MLK5 Suzuki outboard. Now, mind you, I live in NC and those guys are in NJ, but they actually responded to my inquiry immediately and seem to be genuinely interested in my problem.
You may have read in the thread I started elsewhere in this forum about all the problems I've been having and the lack of customer service I felt I was getting from my local dealers and from Suzuki Marine. Too soon to tell if anything will come from this, but KUDOS to Browns Point Marine Service for at least listening!
