OK......So We Got A Dog......

[OBJ]

A miniature weener dog.....you know....a little long hot dog with feet. Her name is Pepper. She's supposed to be full grown at about 7 maybe eight inches at the head. So far she's playful and is really neat. The cat's, Digby and Killer are hiding out upstairs. I think their' planning an attack.

My uncle has had a bunch of em over the years, and my son has one now. I have never seen one with a bad disposition, verry loving and great kids dogs. Enjoy.

Well, you all ain't seen the one's I have.<br />My neighbor up the road has one and all it does is bark. The little yapper. grrrrrrrrrr.<br />Buddy of mine has one and it will bite you if he can. Well, so far she seems like a lot of fun. She got lost in the grass outside in the front yard....grass needs cut. She almost can jump up on the couch and she seems real interested in our newest grandchild Skylar. Watching her run is like....watching Looney Tunes. How can a hot dog run? If her head bobs any harder, her ears will cause her to take flight. Ah well....another day along the Muddy Banks.<br /><br />Did I mention this was a complete surprise when I got home today? Little thing-a-mabob running around the house.....strange.<br /><br />EDIT: I'm still worried about the cat's....they just set on the steps and........look.

Had a boss one time who brought his into the resturant near closing time. The little creep always left a "present" under one of the tables. They treated it like it was their baby. I guess they could be fun if trained right.

My parents used to raise daschunds when I was kid. There's a special place in my heart for weiner dogs. <br /><br />Don't worry about the cats...Dogs rule and Cats drool!

I suspect the cats will educate her befour long with a few well placed slaps to the nose, then you will get to see another comedy show as she runs to daddy for protection from the vicious felines.

Sounds great Jim! Sorta wish I got a dog that I could hold in one hand. Keeper has gotten so big, he weighs more than me now.<br /><br />My niece has one that was crossed with a Austrailian Cattle dog. Body, head, nose, and ears are just like the weiner, but the color and coat is that of the Austrailian Cattle Dog? It yaps alot, runs from cats, but stands up to big dogs. Just can't figure that one out.

We had two miniature dachsunds in the first bachelor pad I lived in. The male was an alcoholic, which we discovered when he attacked a perfectly defensless beer can to get at the remaining droplets. Later we discovered that he would drink straight Mezcal from a dish Don't ask me how I know this. Ive been told that Mezcal is like pre-Tequila. Sorta like diesel fuel is to gasoline . . .

Will do Sloopy. I took her on her first long walk around the house. Had to keep looking for her....she's so small. She got wet today...that was a riot. I changed out my pool liner and had to pump out what was left in the pool so I got a spare pump from the fire house. 3" discharge. Well...Pepper just had to investigate. She kept biting at the discharge from the hose. She got wet....really funny to watch her run. Yeah....think I like this little dog.
