Okay Deal or Not??

I have the chance to trade my 2002, Merc.125hp with three hours on it for a 2003, 150XR6 Merc. The dealer is allowing $5400.00 for the 125 and charge $8310.00 for the XR6. This makes $3000.00 difference for me to pay. Does this sound okay, or am I getting ripped??<br />Thank You!
