If the motor is like the GHale 5D12,13 ,or 14 or newer it uses a carb kit very similar to the Johnson or Evinrude of those years.
Those motors have pull push type choke with high speed and low speed knobs above one another.with the low speed above.
18-7043 kit should work with a 18-7094 needle and seat.Should be available here at boats.
If older than these you might have to check with the guys at
