That bottom looks an aweful lot like copper... Look at the green on the inside of the boat... Looks an aweful lot like patina. If this canoe is copper or bronze, one of us, in that area, needs to go get it!!!

I would vote for galvanized sheet steel w/green paint on the interior that just happens to be about the same color as copper verdigris.

Kinda cool though, what ever it's made of.

I would say whatever it is made of it is more likely Homemade..Looks like something made from those old plans you used to see in magazines like Popular Mechanics...

Galvanized with green paint, that think has to weight a ton.

It has to be pretty old, maybe early 60s and that is a blind geuss.

Whateve, It's cool! I'd like to have it just for a conversation item. I have a set of old galv. metal airplane pontoons, haha! That thing is great.
