Old depthfinder hole too big for new one.

I bought a new Hummingbird depthinder to replace my burned out Lowrance model. Got the transducer mounted, wiring plumbed, set the display in the existing hole... and watched it fall though. Damnit. Any suggestions on what to use for a nice looking bezel? The difference it hole sizes it literally like 3/8". Thanks!
