Boat has been sitting for 2+ years with a tank full of gas. I put some in a glass it looked clean. I was wondering if gas looses it ability to fire if its old??

If you are putting it into a Chrysler or Force---Just burn it! They are remarkably tolerant engines. I have burned fuel that was at least 5 years old and smelled like varnish rather than gasoline. It was all the same to the engine. Ran quite happily. Still worried? mix it with some fresh fuel.

Just be certain it has oil mixed in.

I would just be sure to have a fuel/water seperator on it. From sitting so long there is a good chance that the fuel tank may have gotten some condensation in it. And no matter how tolerant no motor burns water!
