I put a full tank(15gal.) of gas mixed with evinrude oil and one whole can of seafoam in my boat last April. Then I discovered foot was cracked. Boat has not been started since. Foot is now being repaired will the gas still be good or do I need to find a way to drain my internal tank?

I would use the primer bulb to pump a sample of fuel into a clear container. Is there a noticeable phase or color change that would indicate water? If not, then I would put the boat in the water and burn up that old gas. Since you added seafoam, fuel will probably be OK. My lawn equipment fuel sits around for a year, and it still works.

There is also a product called Pri-G that will supposedly fix old gas.

Take a fuel sample as said above and if it's nice and clear go run it.

FYI, I'm running three year old gas from my boat in my trruck. The gas looked fine, but I put it through a Racor filter. The only odd thing was it was almost odorless, which I attribute to some of the light ends evaporating over time. In any case, I've put well over 100 gallons through the truck w/o any issues. So much for some of the old wives tales about old gas.

I'm not a fan of using year old ethanol-blend fuel in a 2 stroke. They are pretty finicky about the quality of fuel. Each fall, I pull all my fuel out of my 2 stroke boats and burn it in my 4 stroke machines, car, snowblower, etc. Six month old fuel is deteriorated, why take a chance on year old fuel in your outboard? As dargel says, check the fuel for water contamination and phase separation first.
