Old Impeller....link request for replacement

I just got off the phone with the boat mechanic who is the only person who has serviced our boat besides me and checked the maintanence records. The last impeller change was 1996!!

I am ordering the part this weekend, can someone send me the link for the impeller change for a 1975 165 i6.....Limetime? anyone?

I know it is here somewhere, but I am looking for detail since this is my first impeller change.

Also, any special tips on changing oil or is it the same as a car (minus the floor stands)

sure, go to the adults only sticky at the top of the i/o page. go to #9, download #2. confirm proper s/m by serial number... (big pdf file, 1.08Gb)

as for the oil change, i use one of them tempo i think it is vacuum sucker type oil extractors. i go down the dip stick tube. them suckers are kinda expensive but they sure make it easy to change oil + no mess and easy transportation to the oil recycle store... only thing neg. i'll say about them oil sucker type oil extractors is they are slow(1/2 hr round abouts). even when the oil is warm...
