alcan thanks once again.the 3 on the #is defenantly a 3.motor is in great shape!turns over and has good commpression.i got it plus a free mouse nest for 30 dollars,cant stop grinning.this is my first scott.i dont have time to restore the old girl so i just cleaned it up and set it aside.alcan if you ever come to richmond look me up because i owe you a steak dinner for all off your help. thanks again ,small block
OK small block I found my glasses. A closer look at the list has your motor listed as a 1953 mod# 3935. I appreciate the offer, but it's enough just to know that there are other wierd people like myself. You know the kind that will drag an old orphaned outboard home just to see if it will still run.
