this engine has the weed prop slanting down a few degrees any help on year? I have looked at the formulas and I cannot figure it out. Thanks in advance.

E5RCIC comes up to be a 1981 4.5 hp by my chart.

sorry gave the wrong motor model and srial . new model 4425 serial no 16604C . Thank you

4425 comes up as a 1.5 hp made in 1948-51.

thanks I need a set of rings I have the top ring and looking for a new set. any suggestions?

Other than calling some of the salvage yards in the "Top Secret File", some of them have new old parts, I'am not sure where to send you.
I am sure someone will come along with some other ideas if hang on for awhile.
