Ok, I've been having issues with my tilt pump for years. It goes up (out) perfect, does not want to go down (in). Pump motor runs, oil level is good. I pulled the hyd lines off the cylinder and had a helper push the out button, good flow out of one line. Pushed the in button had flow out of both lines. Are these units serviceable? I have the manual but it doesn't go into much detail. Thanks.

Thanks achris, that is entirely possible. When I replaced the o rings in the cylinders last year I couldn't get the end pieces out and couldn't find instructions on how to do that. Any suggestions? How do I tell which one it could be? Thanks again.

That's just a matter of beating on it with a length of wood, or setting up a lever system to pull on it with greater force... No 'easy' way...

Disconnect the rams at the aft end and hit the down button. The one that doesn't move... he's the problem. ;)

Well I finally tried this a couple of days ago, neither ram moved when "IN" was pushed. I'm guessing I need to take them apart and try and get the end cap out. Thanks for all the help!
