Old trailer new Tires #2

My old tires are shot! The old tires were 4.80-8 load range A. Wal-mart has the tires load range B $20.00 each but can't mount them. Menards has tires size 4.80/4.00-8 mounted on 4 hole rims $20.00 each. What's the differance between 4.80-8 and 4.80/4.00-8.

They are the same thing.
Make sure they are "high speed" rated as opposed to like a wheel barrow tire (which is also the same size).
