older 20hp viking tiller question

I am just wondering I have a older 20Hp viking and i would like to be able to charge my battery as it is running this is not an electric start tiller but has a wire with 2 connectors coming out from under the fly wheel they dont plug in anywhere or anything just wondering if anyone knows what they could be for? here is a pic to show what i mean..

thanks!! and no I have not yet checked for voltage since the winter is just ending and gotta wait for the hose to thaw first LOL..

Not familiar with that exact motor (made by Chrysler/Force), but I suspect those wires are supposed to be going to a kill switch to stop the motor. If so, no they won't charge a battery.

hahah yea i know they wont charge if its a kill switch.. good to know thanks alott... I will test that out when i get it running.. and kinda does make sense to me now !!
