twright .If the motor sat for 9 months without being started I'm guessing that your carbs are fouled with restrictive gummy deposits.That's one possibility.Before condemning carbs do another watercheck and when engine reaches the point at which it won't get up to speed , pump the primer bulb and see if it picks up.This will be indicative of a weak or failing fuel pump.Also note whether the bulb seems to colapse at higher rpm which is indicative of a fuel restriction up stream of the bulb,ie tank pickup tube or anti-syphon valve on tank fitting.Even possibility of defective bulb itself.<br />A visual inspection of the sparkplugs after a water test will show whether they are wet with fuel/oil mix or dry as in running lean.Post back and keep us apprised of what you find.
