OMC 115 Turbo Jet

Hi im new to this forum and I had a couple questions i was interested in asking. I just Bought a 95 Four Winns Fling. The boat is fine But I was wondering how many cylinders these engines originally came with. Was it 4? The thing is that mine looks like it has 6. is this correct or am I seeing things. 8).
Also I live in the Central Coast of California. It never freezes( other than ice on my cars windshield) but would I sill have to winterize anyway.

Since nobody moved it, it's probably OK here because it's an outboard powerhead. The 115 TJ is a OMC V4 crossflow. It should have 4 spark plugs.

Winterizing is a lot more than simply draining the water out. For instance, if it's going into storage (not being used) then you need to add some sort of stabilizer to the fuel and run it so it gets into the carbs etc.
