OMC 3.0L water in engine oil

Hi all, I have a '93 OMC 3.0L and after my passed outing found some water in the engine oil. There was not alot maybe about a cup or two. I have since drained and replaced the oil. I did a compression test and have 190lbs in each cylinder. The lame manual I have does not really help in this area. I don't know what else I can check or test. Thanks.

Saltwater boat ...then a good guess would be exhaust manifold and riser has rotted out.
