OMC 5.0L Engine (Ford) HP, serial number, and hour meter

Hello, everyone! I am definitely a newbie when it comes to boating, and I have just bought my first boat. It's a 1995 Chris Craft Concept 21 Cuddy with an OMC 5.0L engine built by Ford. I have a few questions:

1) What is the horsepower rating for this engine?
2) Where can I find the serial number (for my insurance company)
3) Where can I see how many hours are on the engine?

I would appreciate any responses and advice from the group. Also, please let me know if there are any sections of the forum that I should become familiar with.

roughly 200hp +-20hp., serial number should be on a sticker either on the air cleaner/flame arrestor cover OR Valve/Rocker Cover OR Thermostat Housing, should also have the outdrive serial number on it.

Even if it had an hour meter there's NO guarantee it would be accurate or even close. It would only have an Hour meter if it sold with one or the Previous Owner installed one, and if for any reason doesnt get power when the engine is running, like i mentioned, wont be accurate.
