Suggest, sending the injectors (even old ones) to to be tested. It would be my thought to just send off the originals off to be tested. There is a bunch of places on ebay that are selling them and their just surface cleaned up junk.

that whine also sounds like a vacuum leak, or a bad accessory bearing.
get rid of those GLM manifolds unless you know for sure they are not leaking.

that one sounds normal, are the belts hooked up though? hard to see (P/S belt?)...

The whining was a bad fuel pump and the clanking has not been found as i had taken the boat in for repair and got stuck in the middle of this virus and a lockdown on non essential personel.
