OMC 800...Trim locks up intermittently(Mods please move the OMC I/O section)

Hello...

I have a 200 hp omc (305 chevy) in a 1978 galaxy trihull. I've been having problems with my trim getting stuck when put all the way up. Any suggestions? I can here the solenoid clicking so I know it's getting power.

Ground ? I have an 87 4.3 omc with cobra drive and it used to get stuck in the down position.A bad ground was the cause,cleaned it applied a little die-elec grease,problem solved.

Just enough power to click the solenoid but not enough to move it.
