OMC Carb Running too Rich...

77 Searay w/ 351 OMC. It has a Holley 600CFM 4bbl. I rebuilt the carb, all new gaskets, float needle valves, power valve, all the goodies. I'm still having the same problem that I had before the rebuild. It seems to be dumping fuel from the main venturi's. If I look down the into the carb, I can see what looks like an almost steady stream of fuel on both sides of the main. Disregard my last post on float levels. My manual called for them to be set with the float parrallel to the bowl. Which I did. I've tried adjusting the idle mixture screws to no avail. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Disregard...problem fixed I think..Combo of issues. Wrong power valve in new carb kit, float levels, and choke settings. See "float level" posting..<br /><br />Thanks All !!!
