OMC Command Center Replacement

Hi All- I have an old Jonhnson command center control box on my mid 80's Evinrude 115. It is pretty beat up, the throttle has a lot of play in it, i cant get the key out, and it is by no means smooth in any way. What is the best replacement option? I have the one with the ignition built into it. It does not have the trim switch, trim switch is currently on a toggle on the dash. If i could have the trim on the trottle that would be very desirable. Thanks.

ebay, and they are getting expensive, red plug on wiring harness. or you can go with an aftermarket, and move your ignition to the dash.

I was thinking aftermarket over ebay (id be worried that the one off ebay wouldnt be all that much better than mmy current one). Is there an aftermarket product with ignition? What $$ and effort would be invloved in moving ignition to the dash? Do you need to splice the cables out of the harness to do that? lastly, would i be able to connect the trim to the aftermarket throttle? Thanks!
