OMC Engine Tuner VS Deep Creep

Was just wondering if there is any benefit to using OMC Tuner over Deep Creep? I was looking at the can of Deep Creep and it says it can be used for fogging and lubricating also. It says for decarbing you should spray it in and let it sit 5 minutes then run it out. So my question is how is it OK to use this as fogging oil if you have to blow it out after 5 minutes for decarbing? Is this stuff really effective as a decarb if it can also be used for fogging and as a penetrating oil and lubricant? I kind of feel like I might as well be using WD-40. OMC Tuner is nowhere near as thick as OMC fogging oil, which is why each one has it's own purpose, so how can Deep Creep be used for everything? I doubt I would use it as a fogging oil, but am now questioning whether it's even a good decarb. Anybody know?

I know this isn't repair, but just wanted to see what the experts here had to say before I keep spending money on Deep Creep.
