omc exhaust hose

Any suggestions on hose material to replace my exhaust hoses ( hose between riser and elbow tube). I know they sell marine grade for around 25$ a foot but I have to order it and dont want to wait. I was wondering if there might be some 3 1/2" heater hose or something comparable at an auto parts supplier that will work? thanks jv

Best to wait on the correct hose material. Don't think there is anything automotive that will work. Being impatient can be expensive or worse.

Use ONLY USCG approved hose for exhaust.

Just about any local marina will have the hose. The price is consistent with online pricing as you are not paying for shipping.
