Omc ht 400

Hellow, i have a couple of questions , when i get ready to put my timing wheel back on my 98 115 intruder the shop manuel says to prime the bolt it with omc nut lock primer than use omc ht 400 adhesive what is this ,is there a substitute i can use , it also says to use new bolts on the fly wheel is this realey nessesary.

They want the new bolts because once they are used they lost their locking quality. If you use the HT 400 it's a ***** to break it loose again. I just used to use the Red Loctite on both of them. It's your call.
