There is a little dial just below the key. I can't find it's purpose in any of the literature. I have turned the dial but nothing happens. Would anyone no what this dial is for? Wait... I know, it is for driving me nuts!
It is the tensioner for the throttle control to keep it from creeping back when running. The more you tighten it, the stiffer moving the control will be. If everything works well now, don't worry about it...
