Anyone knows who can help me with an OMC 5.0 Outdrive.
Upper gear unit needs replacement.

Welcome aboard.

It would help if we knew what vintage drive you are talking about. the old stringer drive and electric shift drives can grenade a section and not take out the other section. however the newer drives will share debris

I would suggest looking in the yellow pages for OMC service centers (may not exist anymore)

additionally, there are many parts for OMC, Volvo and Mercruiser on the Seattle Craigslist. (I have found a fair amount parts and had them shipped to Florida)

I have a 1988 Reinel. 350 engine GM. 5L
I look either the upper gear unit for my outdrive.
I also have the gears and bearings but I don't have the tools and experience to do it myself.
Anyone that can do this?

a 5 liter is a 305 cubic inch. a 5.7 liter is a 350 cubic inch
you have a cobra drive.

in your area, it will need to be someone with an old pile of tools that still services OMC that has been out of business for nearly 3 decades.

as i stated, start with the yellow pages and look at the marine repair section
