omc power pack repair ?

Hi,I was wondering if anyone has ever repaired an omc power (pulse) pack assembly. I had heard that what usually goes is the capacitors. The circuit board is sealed in a gel substance. It is a power pack off a 1972 johnson 125 hp. power pack #3989363 and made by wabash.<br />Thanks<br />javsam

Any of the paks I've seen are encapsulated and not servicable. You'll have to replace the unit.<br />Try Rapair/CDI. Iboats may have it.
