40 Evinrude.E40ELCCS. Has OMC Power Tilt add on accessorie unit. My problem is i cannot manually move the motor to the up position.The manual release screw is turned out and it will stil not move. Electrically will move up and down no problem.Any ideas, has maybe Joe Reeves worked on these? This is Power Tilt Kit P/N 172833. P.S. This is power tilt only.
