OMC Sterndrive

I've got a 3.0L. o/b omc 1990 Stratus 17.5ft. that no longer will go foward. The boat will go in reverse fine.I noticed that started making a "skip",like it was cavitating, short and quick, some time ago and it progresively got worse and now won't go at all.

Thanks for the information. To bad it had to wait untill I purchased it. I was told when I bought it that BOAT stands for " Brake Out Another Thousand!"
