OK my tilt system has been working fine till I forgot to put the outdrive up when I pulled the boat out of the drive way and drug the thing on the payment a bit. Also it was working fine till I recently removed the outdrive to center the steering wheel. So I do not know which situation to blame. Both happened in the same period of time.
The outdrive will not come up unless someone lifts it while I hit the tilt switch. It sounds normal when I lower the outdrive. The tilt motor sounds good when I try to raise it but I can tell there is no resistance.
So go ahead and weigh on this if you can please.
