Omc to Bravo

I will be converting from Omc Cobra to Mercruiser Bravo. I’m wondering if the Bravo transom assembly will bolt right in the same holes or is there any modification? Thanks!

You may have to drill a couple of new holes in the transom at the very top, that's all.
