omc turbojet raw water strainer?

I have heard alot of you guys mentioning using a raw water strainer on your jets. I am rebuilding my engine currently and can't seem to locate any refference to one in any parts site. I found some inline strainers, like for a washdown pump. But can these handle forced pressure as apposed to a pump sucking water through. Would I run them inline between the t-stat housing and heads? Should I use 2?

Think I figured out where to put it. Inline from inboard hose at top of jet gearbox to adaptor. Still, does anyone have a recomendation for a particular brand that works well?
