i have four batteries on my boat (2 trolling , 2 starting ) and i have a minkota 2 bank on board charger (charges 2 batteries at once ). the problem i have is that i have swap the leads to all the time and it is getting to be a pain.
i would like to wire in a switch where i dont have to disconnect the leads all the time. does anyone know where to get on of these switches

Re: on board charger switch

You mean you have swap the leads coming from the charger? Or do you mean you have to swap the battery cables in order to use a particular battery?

www.cmsquick.com has very good technical info regarding all things marine electrical. Click on "technical" in the port menu.

Buy a DPDT(Double Pole Doube Throw) switch that is rated to the current of the charger.
