on the gas/oil mixture for a 1975 johnson

I was told the mix is 50:1, I am not to good on math, can someone break it down for me, How many ounces of oil per-gallon of gas Like as an example 2 oz.. oil per gallon or 3 per-gallon, thanks guys

50:1 is 2.56 oz per US gallon

Near enough 1 pint in 6 gallons

If you are lucky enough to be able to measure your fuel and oil in litres and cc it's 20cc oil per litre of gasoline.
