On the Rocks Alumacraft Dominator

Insurance company totaled my boat but I bought it back. Found a aluminum boat repair shop in the Twin Cities that will repair to "good as new" .
Appreciate any thoughts as repair estimate is A LOT less that a new boat!

I've seen a boat with very similar damage it was written off too. I do know it was repaired later with no problems.
