Man...I did a boneheaded move last night.

Was installing speakers in my boat and had a screw that was about 1/16 inch too long. Long story short....the tip went through the outside gel coat barely. Just enough to break through the side and crack the coating.

It is still above the waterline, but I would like to seal it with something. Anybody have any suggestions as to what to use??

Please don't lauch too hard!!

Don't feel too bad. There is a post on hear about a guy who got a boat that someone cut through while trying to replace the floor.

5200 will work great.

You could use the 5200 on the inside and gelcoat repair on the outside if cosmetics matter . . .
