Short backstory: Just bought my first boat a week ago, a 1971 Delta 16' trihull. Took it out successfully twice already. Yesterday was my third trip out with it, had a morning of windy conditions and not a single bite from the fish. Tried to load it up in a crosswind, keel slid off the rollers and hit the trailer. I don't think the damage is too severe, but it's below the waterline so I'd like to get some expert advice from the forum. How bad is it? Think some Marine-Tex putty can patch it up?
BTW, there was already some pre-existing damage in the same spot, those are the darker colored scratches and scuffs. Yesterday's snafu is where you can see fresh white fiberglass...
