I just read where A sewage treatment plant in Salisbury, MD "spilled" 1 million gallons of sewage into the Wicomoco River.
Nice.
I guess you guys on the lakes don't have little issues like this (?).

sounds like a broken part in the plant so they "accidentaly" had a spill to get rid of what they couldn't handle
