This weekend, June 22 - 24, the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators is raising awareness of the dangers of BUI. http://www.operationdrywater.org/ From their website, 19% of all boating fatalities are alcohol related. (of course that means the other 81% are due to stupid people, looks like my odds are better with the drunks than with the stupid people)
