opinion of monark boats/115 merc

I'm looking at buying a 2001 monark king 190 with a salt water 115 merc.4 cyl. any opinions on this would be appreciated.

merc is a 115exlpto,carbed 2 stroke.I'm an omc guy ,so i'm not sure about mercs.Was told this might be a 2+2 motor.Runs on 2 cyl.under 1800 rpm?

that was my thought, and idles horribly. as in the Merc OB forum.
