Opinions on oil change pumps?

what opinion do you have on the best , economical oil change pumps to remove oil through the dipstick. I see all kinds out there ,but I'm not sure what is junk or hype. I'm only going to use it 1-2 times a year. Any suggestions

I did that exact search here in town this year. I found one that was right at $40 and worked great, I did warm the engine first, I think that makes a BIG difference with any pump. It is a vacuum pump-up style. Here is a pic, I got it at Tractor Supply Company.....:
