Once I am finished with my resto on my Whitcraft my intention is to live aboard. One of the sacrifices you normally make is doing your laundry in your "home" but I was told there is a combo washer/dryer made by Thor.

Has anyone used one of these units? I have enough room for one on my boat but wanted to know if anyone has experience with them.

Looks like craigslist has them pretty commonly for $350 - $450.

I'll spend that in a year in laundry cost, a quarter at a time..:)

Re: Opinions on Thor Combo washer/dryer

I have just purchased a used thor combo for $200. for my teton 5th wheel it took me but a minute to get use to but considering my options before the purchase I am quite happy with it. It is a bit different than i am use to ,but my clothes come out very clean, the dryer is something that takes a while to get use to as it spins ,heats ,and sucks the water out and it is best to dry a small amount of articles or it will cause heavy wrinkling.would I purchase another one if needed? YES...... thanks
