Optimax Break in Question

Is there any substantial difference in the way the motor runs after the first ten hours? <br /><br />Like maybe a computer programming change that allows it to wind up faster or holds it back for the first ten for safety of the motor or anything like that?

Yes, the ECM handles the break in properties on a time/ load basis.

Have you read the break in for the Optimax? <br /><br />Basically at you don't do anything special after the first 4 hours. I have 8 on it already.
