Must have been hung up or something. I took the poppet out and put broom stick in hole and got wp. Put poppet back in just holding it there and got wp. Put bolts in it, still got wp. Still getting 2 psi @ idle. 5 psi @ 3k rpm. 8 psi @ 4k rpm. lake was too rough to go wot. This seems low to me, but it might be normal. New poppet and impeller. Had 125f on #2, 120f on #1. The bottom cylinders running around 115f. So I think I am good to go.
