Man I hope this works, it used to be simple on fishing works.<br /><br />I watched these guys for about 1/2 hour trying to get their (my) pwc in. The second pic shows how far they had to drive into the lake. <br /><br />Inthe first pic you can see they were actually out past the point that is on the left of the second pic ( they were out about 300 feet)<br />

I've seen plenty of incidents whereby vehicles have ended up under water from boat ramps, but how the heck do you do it from what looks like a river or beach? I don't imagine the vehicle would roll at all there!<br />Obviously a river virgin me.<br />Ross

Obvoiusly a hard bottom. A few years ago, I went with a friend to the Mercer WI area. a lotta lakes there, but he took a notion he wanted to fish the Turtle river, below the turtle-flambeau flowage. It had a rock bottom. I backed him out about 300 ft but never did get deep enough to float the boat. Just barely got the tail pipe bubb<br />ling. Decided to give it up.
