Original McCulloch Fuel Tank Worth Anything ?

Hi, bought what i thought was a typical old steel OMC fuel tank for $10 today, I needed another spare tank.
Turns out on the other side from the picture the seller had posted on kijiji was an original McCullock Stowaway Fuel tank sticker. After researching,.... it cannot be any newer than 1967!!!. It looks just like any old OMC fuel tank. Its in not great condition. Has rust/scratches on the outside but rust free inside. Original readable Canadian instruction sticker on one side.
Before I rub it with sandpaper and remove the sticker and paint it with a brush and turn it into an evinrude tank...... somebody stop me!

It surely will sell as a Mcculloch tank Especially if the decal is nice.
I sold a 3 gal. on ebay flushed it good with soapy water dried it and added some oil
to stop any rust.Forget what it sold for but I would remember if it flopped.

Just change the quick disconnect and it'll work for an OMC.
