Re: ORLANDO CLIPPER

I havent been following this for a while and was messing around and saw this post on Orlando Clippers. I practically grew up skiing behind on. My Dad bought one new in 1970. It was 16 feel I believe, and had a 70 Chrysler on it (many say the best motor chrysler ever built). The boat was very light and agile, being a tri-hull. It would fly for those days. I remember my friends family bought a larger 20 foot tri hull with a 120 chrysler on it and we would leave them sitting still.

We really gave that boat hell for many summers as my whole family skied and on many days it was one run after another with stops only for gas tank changes.

It was a great little boat and still was in great shape when my dad sold it. In fact it is still running on the lake we are on to this day......and still looks good.
