Guys and Gals, HELP... My poor old hands are about as painfully dry as they have ever been... I mean cracking open...

I encounter some fairly nasty stuff at work like 3M 5200, oil/grease, old nasty green coroded wires, and just plain old dirt to name a few, therefore I must wash my hands frequently to keep nasty finger prints off the fine finishs of many of the yachts that I service...

I do wear light gloves when I can, but as most of you know you can't handle small things like screws, nuts, and bolts very well with gloves on...

I've been using hand lotion (can't remember name) about three time a day and it helps a little but it does'nt seem to "keep up" with me..

Anybody got any suggestions, home remedies, I'll try ANYTHING!!!...(well, almost anything)
